The Class of 1959 website --established in 1997 by David Sullivan -- was one of the very first for Naval Academy classes. The website was redone and in 2024 now implements responsive web design (RWD).  As of 5/4/2026 '59 database statistics are in this pop-up. Updates are shown quickly as possible.

As the '59 Data Admin with the ability to post to this website, I wish to recognize my roommate and long time friend, Marty Finerty. He was a terrific man with an amazing memory. At the Academy, he memorized every classmate's name and company. He was diagnosed several years ago with Frontal Lobe Dementia (akin to Alzheimer's). Marty, surrounded by family, died peacefully on September 9, 2016.

Responsive Website now...
This responsive web site is now operational, representing the Class of 1959, with all classmates who entered in 1955, graduate and non-graduate.
The site is now database driven, making it over time far less time consuming to maintain. This transition to the new comprehensive website is explained with the new site to include tracking Navy football and many different ways to see classmates's information.
